Customisation
Customisation is one of Fair Dinkum Sheds core values, and with our expanding range of available options we’ll be able to meet your every need.
Often it’s much easier and more cost effective to include options like insulation, internal walls, skylights, mezzanine floors and ventilation during the initial construction phase as retrofitting them can waste materials and travel time for contractors.
These can be fitted in all shapes and sizes of sheds, garages, barns, stables or whatever steel building you have. Some can make your workshop or storage shed more secure or allow ventilation.
Insulation
- 3-in-1 multipurpose solution: insulation + thermal break + vapour barrier.
- Advanced thermal performance reflecting up to 95% radiant heat, allowing for cooler internal conditions in hot and humid climates.
- Suitable for use in roofs with a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) of 0 – 40; and walls with a BAL of 0 – FZ in accordance with AS 3959-2009.
- Aids in the prevention of condensation.
Windows
We offer a full range of aluminium doors and windows.
In our standard range we offer both clear and obscure glasses, in annealed or toughened safety glass options. Other custom options such as double-glazing, laminated, tinted, textured and low-energy glasses are also available to suit your needs.

Glass Sliding Doors
In our standard range we offer both clear and obscure glasses, in annealed or toughened safety glass options. Other custom options such as double-glazing, laminated, tinted, textured and low-energy glasses are also available to suit your needs.

22 Degree Barn Style Window
Barn window size: 475mm high at midpoint x 840mm wide
Whether you need your current shed extended, or a custom shaped roof, Western Sheds can design something to suit.
Designs can be created in minutes using our advanced software, and we have access to a team of draftsmen and engineering staff available to assist with any complex building requirements.
Barrier Screens
Flyscreens and Barrier Screens are available for all glass sliding windows and doors. These screens can be made to comply with bushfire specifications if required.
Barrier Screens are not security rated but can be used in applications where a lighter barrier is required.
Roof Ventilation
Whirlybirds can be installed to provide ventilation to help maintain your level of required comfort.

Personal Access Doors
Personal access doors make side or rear entry possible without the added expense of and need to open large roller or sliding doors.
Windows add significantly to the comfort of working inside a Fair Dinkum shed, through providing light and extra ventilation.
Both of these extras are very easy to install and can basically be placed anywhere in a Fair Dinkum Shed.
Mezzanine Floor Structure
Mezzanine floors can be installed to further increase storage of components and parts etc.
